Q: I do not have a lot of money for closing costs to purchase my new home, what can I do?
A:
In most cases, you can negotiate to have the seller pay for your closing costs which would be taken care of with the loan.

Q: What does it take for a 100% loan?
A:
The time of 100% loans is pretty much gone unless you use special purchase programs. However, there are plenty of loans that go up to 97% loan to value including FHA/VA loans. With the changing mortgage guidelines right now, each individual case is unique.
